Chris Merritt, Principal
Our principal, Chris Merritt, has a Bachelor of Science, History with Minors in Mathematics, Geography and Secondary Education, a Master of Science, Education from the University of Tennessee and Education Specialist, Administration and Supervision from Lincoln Memorial University. Mr. Merritt has worked with Blount County Schools as a teacher and in Administration since 2001.
Mr. Merritt said he is excited to be a part of the Fairview team and looks forward to working with the students, teachers and parents of Fairview Elementary daily. He has returned to Fairview, the school he attended when it was a K-8 school. Once an Angel, always an Angel! Wings-Up!!!
Amber Williams, Assistant Principal
Fairview welcomes Amber Williams to the Fairview family. Mrs. Williams will be serving as a part time Assistant Principal. She has been in administration for many years and most recently has been serving in the Assistant Principal role at the elementary level.
